Play fair and be friendly

Chat, stickers, player names and guild names are seen by other players. You must not post or use:

• insults, harassment, bullying or threats;
• hate speech or attacks on anyone’s religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender or other identity;
• sexual content, or any content involving minors;
• personal information (phone numbers, addresses, social accounts) of yourself or others;
• spam, scams, offers to sell accounts, or links;
• cheats, hacks, modified copies of the game, or exploits of bugs.

Reporting and blocking

In a match, open the chat panel and choose PLAYERS to block a player (you won’t see their chat or stickers again) or report them. Reports include the player’s name and recent chat lines. We review reports and may warn, mute, rename, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, and remove the content.

Purchases and virtual items

Gems, marbles and other virtual items have no real-money value, can’t be exchanged for cash and are licensed to you for use in the game. Lucky Box odds are shown in the game before you open one. Purchases are handled by Google Play and its refund policy.

Accounts

You may delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
