Delete your Marble Royale account
Marble Royale: Kanche Legends by 2OP Games
Option 1 – in the game
Open the game › Settings › DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and confirm twice. Your account is deleted straight away.
Option 2 – without the game
Email support@2opgames.com with the subject “Delete my account” and your player name or player ID (shown in the game under Settings). You don’t need to install the game again.
What is deleted
- your player account, name and profile
- your progress and cloud save (marbles, gems, collection, trophies)
- your guild membership
- your notification token and sign-in links
What is kept, and for how long
- Daily server backups age out within 14 days.
- Purchase records, player reports and anti-cheat records may be kept where needed to prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.
Email requests are completed within 30 days. Purchases made through Google Play stay in your Google account’s order history.
